Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by assessing vehicle damage, creating accurate estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. The role requires communication with the team to align on repair plans and KPIs.

The Estimator will document all customer interactions, ensure compliance with DRP and WOW procedures, and participate in ongoing training and safety meetings as part of a collaborative, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW operating procedures for customer drop-offs and repair planning.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Contribute positive energy when greeting customers in person and via phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and attend required trainings.
