Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance carriers. The role involves documenting estimates, communicating repair needs, and maintaining alignment with team KPIs throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers and basic computer skills are essential.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training and have a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and explain timelines.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in production walks and support team members as needed.
