Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator for our Mount Pleasant repair center. You will serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, prepare estimates with manufacturers and Classic Collision guidelines, and collaborate with insurers to manage claims.

The role emphasizes customer communication, coordination with technicians to identify damages, and ensuring satisfaction scores meet company standards. I-CAR/ASE certs preferred; valid license required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing, over the phone and in person.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary point of contact for customers from drop-off to delivery of the vehicle.
• Prepares estimates for customers and insurance partners per guidelines.
• Partners with insurers to manage claims and ensure positive customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with repair updates.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Performs quality inspection before vehicle delivery.
