Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at our East Lakeland repair center. You will serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, prepare estimates for customers and insurance, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate scope of work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1; CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
