Classic Collision, a nationwide collision repair leader, is seeking a Collision Estimator in Florida. You will be the primary customer liaison from drop-off to delivery, prepare estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinate with insurance partners to ensure a seamless claim and repair process. Ideal candidates have collision estimating experience and familiarity with CCC1/IIA tools.

• Ability to coordinate with technicians and other teams to identify damages.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from drop-off to delivery of the repaired vehicle.
• Prepare estimates for customers or insurance partners per Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partner with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure a great customer experience.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers with repair updates.
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm all damages are identified and documented.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection before vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
