Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams. You will ensure alignment with KPIs while maintaining strong communication throughout the repair process.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training readiness, with a high school diploma as a baseline.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines for collision work.
• Ability to navigate DRP processes and insurance requirements.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and reporting tools.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide timely information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating ways.
• Participate in production walks and collaborate with management.
• Support team members and attend required trainings and meetings.

Skills

Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines

Awareness of where to look for answers

Basic computer skills

Compliance for DRP’s (1-year)

Willingness to complete I-CAR training

Valid driver’s license
