Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator to assess vehicle damage, prepare repair Estimates, and coordinate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. You will document repairs, support KPI achievement, and work closely with the management team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role requires experience in DRP processes, I-CAR training willingness, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately
• Provide timely information guiding repair process and customer service
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members
• Participate in daily production walks with Management Team
• Maintain store KPIs and uphold core values of honesty, integrity and respect
