Job summary

Crash Champions in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Customer Service/Estimator to educate customers about the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value. You will complete initial estimates, write final estimates after full damage evaluation, and lock final numbers.

In this role you’ll manage each repair through the process, ensure quality standards with in-process QC, keep customers informed about status, and assist with disbursement paperwork and file exceptions as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques and value.
• Complete initial estimates and lock final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair through the process ensuring quality standards and in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a great customer experience.
• Coordinate data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork and address file exceptions.
