Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring in Fort Collins, CO, for a role focused on guiding customers through the repair process and delivering accurate estimates. You will educate customers about insurance procedures, conduct initial and final estimates, and oversee each repair to meet our quality standards.

You’ll also coordinate with body technicians and complete post-repair documentation. The position emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and teamwork with exposure to multiple estimating

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication and empathy.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking with good time management.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and partner handling preferred.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments and adapt quickly.
• Experience with estimating systems; CCC One preferred, Mitchell/Audatex knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, rights, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair, ensuring Crash Champions quality standards through QC.
• Keeps customers informed and delivers the best possible experience.
• Pulls and reviews data with Body Technicians and completes post-scanning steps.
• Pre-closes final repair orders, handles disbursement paperwork, and resolves file exceptions.
