Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at our Mount Pleasant, SC location. You will serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, and prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners in line with Classic Collision guidelines.

Collaborating with insurance companies to manage claims, you’ll keep customers informed on repair progress and coordinate with technicians to ensure all damages are identified and addressed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
