Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to join our growing repair team in North Carolina. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with technicians and insurance partners, and act as the primary contact throughout the repair process.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage claims and ensure best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
