Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver outstanding customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The role emphasizes adherence to DRP requirements, basic computer skills, and I-CAR training commitment, with opportunities for growth within the Estimating department.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• DRP’s compliance; at least 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process with accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Support team members and attend required meetings.
