Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to lead the repair estimating process, liaise with customers and insurance partners, and drive excellent service from drop-off through delivery.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and familiarity with estimating systems; I-CAR / ASE certification is preferred. Competitive benefits and career advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims to ensure the best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
