Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to be the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers or insurance partners and work with insurers to manage claims, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with CCC1 estimating systems and I-CAR/ASE certifications are valued. This on-site role requires strong organization and clear communication at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR or ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
