Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Collision Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate repairs while communicating with customers and insurance companies. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and adherence to DRP requirements.

Key responsibilities include documenting customer Interactions, guiding the repair process, and collaborating with the management team to meet KPIs. A High School Diploma and I-CAR training willingness are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Experience with DRP processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process with clear information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and participate in Health & Safety meetings as required.
