Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at our Atlanta repair center to guide customers from drop-off to delivery of their vehicle.

You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, coordinate with insurers and our technicians, and communicate updates throughout the repair process to ensure a smooth, satisfying experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners per guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage the customer’s claim for best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to ensure all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
