Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document all interactions, inform customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with team KPIs throughout the repair process.

You will work with the management team to review production walks, maintain compliance with DRP requirements, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP processes; minimum 1 year experience.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with team on repair planning and communication.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members and attend health & safety meetings.
• Attend training and workshops as recommended.
