Job summary

Classic Collision in Mooresville is seeking a Collision Estimator to manage the repair process from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers and partner with claims adjusters to ensure top customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Able to communicate clearly in writing, by phone, and in person.
• Familiar with estimating systems; CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners per guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage the claim for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
