Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Orange Park, FL to assess vehicle damage, prepare damage appraisals, and coordinate repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will ensure accurate documentation, guide customers through the repair process, and help meet facility KPIs within WOW standards.

The role requires I-CAR training availability, DRP compliance, and at least 1 year of related experience, plus a valid drivers license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in production walks and team meetings.
• Maintain KPIs and uphold WOW Operating Way standards.
