Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Jacksonville, FL to assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and adherence to DRP and insurance procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of estimating experience, knowledge of OE guidelines, and a valid driver’s license. I-CAR training may be pursued to enhance proficiency and career growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an estimator or in repair coordination.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate vehicle damage estimates and document repairs.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurance companies.
• Update customers and team on repair progress and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in team walks, safety meetings, and ongoing training.
