Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Bluffton, SC is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the management team, adherence to KPIs, and compliance with the company’s WOW standards. Training, growth, and a support-driven environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing performance.
• Uphold company Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
