Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Wisconsin is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will document efforts, ensure DRP compliance, and help the team achieve KPIs.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and are willing to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP familiarity.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Way standards.
• Participate in daily production walks and support teammates.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold core values.
