Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Wisconsin is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. You’ll communicate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process, document interactions, and help achieve KPIs with the team.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of repair guidelines. Valid driver's license is required, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed and attend meetings.
