Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and familiarity with repair processes.
• Knowledge of OE guidelines and repair procedures is required.
• Valid driver's license is required for verifying insurance and vehicle delivery.
• I-CAR training is preferred or required as part of ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience during the repair process.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with customers and insurance companies.
• Document repair needs, parts, and costs accurately.
• Maintain KPI metrics and uphold WOW Operating Way standards.
• Participate in team meetings and safety trainings as required.
