Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will work with the team to meet KPIs and align with the WOW Operating Way to manage customer touchpoints from intake through delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience with DRP processes, 1 year in the field, and I-CAR training, plus a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
• Maintain the store's KPI’s by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold the company's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
