Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role emphasizes accurate communication, adherence to DRP guidelines, and collaboration with team members to meet KPIs. Requires a high school diploma, 1 year+ experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members and uphold store KPIs.
