Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to serve as the main point of contact for customers from drop-off through delivery of repaired vehicles. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, coordinate with insurers to manage claims and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with estimating systems (CCC1 preferred).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery of the vehicle
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners
• Collaborate with insurance companies to manage claims and customer experience
• Maintain communication with customers with repair updates
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards
• Perform quality inspection before vehicle delivery
• Undertake additional related duties as assigned
