Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Boardman, OR seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating detailed vehicle damage appraisals and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will document damage, assess needed parts, and align with the team to meet KPIs.

You will work in a collaborative environment, following DRP processes, and participate in training to stay current with industry standards and programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Coordinate with WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Offer positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings when required.
