Job summary

The Estimator ensures precise damage assessment, documents required repairs, parts, and communicates with the team to meet KPIs and drive successful outcomes. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Minimum 1-year experience required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and support daily operations.
• Attend training and team meetings as required.
