Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Utah is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs and parts, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to DRP guidelines, and teamwork to achieve facility KPIs. A high school diploma and willingness to obtain I-CAR training are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
• Provide customers with timely, accurate information and guide them through repairs.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and insurance processes, and communicate with teams.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety meetings as required.
• Assist and support team members to meet KPIs and repair deadlines.
