Job summary

The role emphasizes documenting interactions, ensuring DRP and WOW compliance, and supporting daily production walks and training initiatives. A High School Diploma and valid license are required, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience with auto insurance claims and DRP processes.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of OEM repair guidelines and OE standards.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with repairs and updates.
• Provide customers with accurate repair status and insurance information.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Ensure compliance with DRP processes and WOW operating procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and safety meetings.
• Assist with repair planning and customer drop-offs as needed.
