Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator in Michigan. The role focuses on creating accurate repair estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

You will document damage, parts replacement, and ensure alignment with the facility's KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience, and a willingness to complete I-CAR

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills for processing estimates and documents.
• Understanding of DRP processes and requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters and team.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and document needed repairs and parts.
• Coordinate repair needs and inform customers and insurers throughout the process.
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions and repairs.
• Assist team during daily production walks and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with WOW operating procedures and DRP requirements.
