Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to guide customers from drop-off to delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinating with insurance partners to ensure a smooth claims process.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to maintain customer satisfaction throughout the repair. CCC1 familiarity and I-CAR/ ASE certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with estimating systems (CCC1 preferred).
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for customers throughout the repair process.
• Prepares estimates for customers and insurance partners per guidelines.
• Coordinates with insurance to manage the claim for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with repair updates.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
