Job summary

Caliber Collision in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in vehicles, and finalize paperwork for delivery, while ensuring safety rules and company standards.

This role requires 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. CCC1 experience is preferred; strong sales orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates, conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan updates to customers
• Comply with Caliber safety rules and company standards
