Job summary

Boyd Group Services in Jonesboro, AR is seeking an Estimator who will create vehicle repair estimates, coordinate repairs with customers and insurance companies, and document required parts and work. You’ll support the team to deliver a smooth customer experience and help the shop achieve KPIs.

This role requires knowledge of repair processes, DRP compliance, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to navigate repair shop software and documentation.
• Awareness of where to look for answers to repair and DRP procedures.
• Minimum DRP experience of 1 year and willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repairs and insurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers in person and on the phone with positive energy.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended.
