Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring in Burien, WA to educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, and value, while generating and finalizing repair estimates. You will manage each car’s progress to meet Crash Champions quality standards and keep clients informed throughout the process.

The role requires coordinating with Body Technicians and handling post-inspection tasks, data reviews, and pre-close paperwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems is a plus (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, value.
• Complete initial estimates, write estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, ensure carrier requirements are met.
