Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurance partners in line with Classic Collision guidelines.

You will partner with insurance companies to manage claims and maintain clear updates for customers throughout the repair process, coordinating with technicians to verify damages and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
