Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by coordinating repairs, communicating with customers and insurers, and accurately documenting the damage assessment and required parts. The role requires DRP experience, CCC1 background, and a solid understanding of OE guidelines.

You will work with the management team on repair planning, insurance compliance, and KPI targets, ensuring smooth customer journeys from intake to delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience while coordinating repair needs and communication with customers and insurers.
• Lead repair planning and guide customers through the process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and WOW operating procedures.
• Attend team meetings and support colleagues as needed.
• Document customer interactions accurately and timely.
