Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking an experienced team member to serve as the primary contact for customers during the repair process, from drop-off to delivery of the vehicle. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to guidelines and coordinate with insurers to ensure a smooth claims experience.

You will maintain clear updates with customers, work with technicians to identify all damages, and help uphold customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear information in writing, over the phone and in person.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
