Job summary

Classic Collision seeks a Collision Estimator to manage the repair process from drop-off to delivery, preparing accurate estimates for customers and insurers and coordinating with insurance partners to ensure a smooth claims experience.

The role requires estimating experience and compliance with CCC1 and I-CAR/ASE standards, with attention to detail, strong organization, and excellent communication to keep customers informed throughout the repair journey.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for the customer throughout repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners per manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims for best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
