Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an outstanding customer experience while assessing vehicle damage, preparing repairs, and coordinating with customers, insurance companies, and staff throughout the repair process.

You will document interactions, communicate repair plans, and ensure alignment with KPIs in a fast-paced collision repair environment. A high school diploma and DRP experience are required; I-CAR training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic computer skills
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1-year experience
• Knowledge of DRP processes and workflows
• I-CAR Training or willingness to complete it

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details during repair process
• Guide customers through repair steps and maintain excellent service
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP metrics
• Coordinate with team for production walks and daily activities
• Communicate customer requests to the right team members
• Engage customers with positive energy in person and by phone
• Attend training and meetings as required
