Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to manage the customer journey from drop-off to delivery of the repaired vehicle. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, collaborate with insurance partners, and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.

The role requires clear communication, strong organizational skills, and experience in collision estimating; CCC1 familiarity and I-CAR/ASE credentials are preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
