Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Southern Pines, NC is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our collision repair team. You will produce accurate estimates, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and insurers to ensure a smooth repair process.

Proven CCC1 Estimating System knowledge and OE guideline familiarity are essential. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required. On-site work with competitive benefits and growth opportunities within The Boyd Group are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to locate information and solutions.
• Basic computer skills.
• DRP compliance experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience in collision estimating.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with accuracy.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide through the repair process.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and clients throughout repairs.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend required training.
