Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, ensuring alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires CCC1 estimating knowledge, DRP compliance, and a high school diploma, with opportunities for I-CAR training and growth within a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• DRP compliance; 1 year experience

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drops, planning, communication and delivery
• Communicate customer requests to team members
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understand insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members when required
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required
• Attend trainings and information sessions as recommended by Store Manager
