Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process. The role requires knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System, repairs and OE guidelines, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

You’ll work with the team to meet KPIs and support ongoing training and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• CCC1 Estimating System knowledge required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with team during production walks and meetings.
• Attend training and workshops as needed.

1-year DRP experience
