Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to create accurate damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and insurance companies. The role requires CCC1 Estimating System knowledge, a high school diploma, and at least 1 year of experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while aligning with team KPIs and insurance client requirements. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance expectations.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and repair details accurately.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Attend daily production walks with management and participate in training sessions.
• Support team members and maintain a high level of customer service.
