Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator with CCC1 Estimating System experience to provide accurate damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

The role emphasizes collaboration with management, adherence to DRP requirements, and participation in trainings. A High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCC1 Estimating System required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance knowledge are needed.
• Minimum 1 year of DRP experience preferred; I-CAR training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately throughout repair process.
• Provide accurate, timely information to customers and insurers.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Coordinate repair planning and communication across teams.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
