Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn to diagnose and prepare repair estimates under guidance of senior estimators. You will communicate with customers, support insurance partners, and contribute to a high closed sales ratio.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn the Repair Planning Template while following company guidelines. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must complete 16 I-CAR units within first 12 months of employment.
• Preferred: 4–6 years related work experience; photo-imaging software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at repair drop off and build rapport.
• Map damage with customer and identify WOW opportunities.
• Assist with estimating using Repair Planning Template.
