Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Michigan is seeking an Estimator to create accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers. You will document communications, advise on parts and repairs, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes delivering a superior customer experience, following DRP guidelines, and maintaining high standards. A high school diploma with 1+ year DRP experience and I-CAR training readiness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with team and customers
• Participate in daily production walks and support team members
