Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare comprehensive repair estimates, and coordinate with customers and insurers to ensure smooth, transparent service. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout the repair journey.

Ideal candidates bring DRP familiarity, I-CAR readiness, and a commitment to safety and KPI-driven results in a fast-paced collision center environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details in a timely, accurate manner.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process with excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Way guidelines for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate all customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required.
• Maintain and improve the store's KPIs by optimizing role performance.
